“Precisely what you need”, has always been requirement and motivation for WIRO to satisfy their worldwide customers. Also with this motto WIRO presented itself at the K trade fair 2022 in Dusseldorf. Focus was on the topics of weight reduction, cycle time and energy savings. Customers from more than 60 countries assured themselves of the new developments at WIRO, e.g. the high-performance gearbox with servo motors for extremely fast cycle times at unscrewing moulds with a big number of cavities or weight reductions of up to 15% for tube caps.

One highlight was certainly presentation  of successful development of flip-top closures for tubes made of HDPE, an essential step towards fully recyclable packaging.

The positive discussions with customers, accompanied by some unexpected orders, once again underlined the exceptional position WIRO enjoys in the development and production of high-performance injection moulds for closures and tube components, also thanks to the convincing after-sales service.
