In August 2026, after many years as shareholder and Managing Director, Reiner Rohlje hands over responsibility for WIRO and steps down from the company’s management.

At the same time, WIRO’s acquisition by Krones AG marks the beginning of a new chapter in the company’s history.

WIRO will continue to operate as an independent unit within the Krones Group.

Even after the handover, Reiner Rohlje will remain closely connected to the company, contributing his many years of experience in an advisory role for both WIRO and Krones.
