Warranty Coverage
WIRO warrants in paragraph VII in conjunction with paragraph V of the General Terms and Conditions of Performance, Sale and Delivery that its molds are free from defects in design, material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance in accordance with the WIRO manual at the time risk passes to customer. The beginning of the warranty is therefore based on the agreed terms of delivery (‘Incoterms’). For example, in the case of EXW-contracts, the warranty period begins on the day the mold is ready for dispatch ex works.

- WIRO will provide instructions whether failed parts under warranty should be returned or disposed of. If WIRO requires the return of defective parts, customer will cover the costs associated with their return, as well as the shipping.
- WIRO reserves the right to determine the method of shipment for all replacement parts supplied under warranty.
